playing as a minor race

In a mod I played, they allowed you to also play as a minor race as well. They had you download a replacement raceconfig file for each minor you wanted to play, and that enabled you to play it as a custom race. So that when you started a new game and went to choose the custom race, all the minor race's info was there instead and you could play it.

i want to know how they did that cause i want to do that in my mod, but i don't have those files any longer and don't know what they did. Does anybody know what I must do in raceconfig to achieve the same result?

It's simply a matter of copying the minor's details overtop a major's in the race xml. It's much easier in DA, where you could simply make a new custom race version of the minors.
