Any chance for inertia modelling

I can't wait for the full version while I enjoy the beta. My biggest peeve with games that model large ships be they seaborne or spaceborne, is the lack of mass. Nothing takes me out of a game more then watching ships scoot around like they are on skateboards. They should move like the lumbering giants that they are. The best example of how ships should move would be looking at the last Star Wars movie and watching those first 10 minutes of the fleet battle over coruscant. Really doesn't get better than that. The Homeworld 2 mod - Warlords does a good job of matching the ship's mass and inertia from the movies. I really wish you folks would look into this. Still I know the game will be a blast to play regardless.

While I'd like it in the game, if it doesn't make it in, I'll survive... I have more important things to worry about...

easily modded in due to the "no limit to speed, limit to acceleration!" concept the devs loved.

go into your ship files and lower their max acceleration down 60-80%, and match their max deceleration to the same number.
if you want you can lower the turn acceleration/deceleration similarly.

warning: I found in beta one that lowering the turn deceleration caused ships to overcorrect and overswing the first time they tried to target.
