Land Disappeared after saving in DL v1.50.128

I haven't played Galciv II since Feb and updated to v1.50.128 before starting a new game. No problems with update or playing of the game.

Problem is when loading either of the two save game files, planet tiles that were land have now become ocean tiles. Not all but a significant amount of them. I have factories or other buildings now in the ocean. Didn't realize global warming hit my game saves:)

I read back 4 pages but did not see anyone else report this. Is this a known issue? Thanks for the reply in advance.

Many times games saved in previous versions will not react well with the newer version.
Coding changes can mess up things big time.

That is why is is always better to only update between games, and not try to load old saved games into a newer version.

I didn't try pulling an old save into the new version, I wouldn't have been surprised with a glitch then. This was a brand new game and saves after the upgrade, just to be clear.

Edit:
This evening I'll try starting a new game and see if the error happens again. Thankfully I wasn't very far in the game.
