Creating Backgrounds?

Is there a short tutorial anywhere on how to create backgrounds? Any help is good help, thanks in advance.

backgrounds for....?

- bootskins, logons, wb's, rainlendars, objectdock, wallpapers, etc.

Bebi Bulma, I see yer talking to unclerob, cept I only see 1 post from "unclerob". And as we all know, the real unclerob ALWAYS has a double post...so "unclerob" what'd you do with unclerob?

Sorry about that folks, looks like I wasn't reading everything, I see now that the forum we're is for Docks, sorry for any confusion I caused on this "xmovingpicturesx"

- as for the double post, it apparently has fixed itself because I didn't change a thing at my end and I know this wasn't just happening on one computer, the glitch was with my wc user account (thank you to the website admins for fixing this, whoever you are)

I think the fix came around the same time I got the master apprentice promotion, maybe that's just a weird coincidence?
