Cursor xp trails freeze my flash player when mouse is moving

Yea every time my mouse moves in flash my video freeze's compleatly untill my mouse starts moving. I know its not my graphics sucking because i got a 6800gs.\

Anyone know how to fix this?

BTW when trails are turned off it runs fine.
