Ok i found this one "Windows News" NewsPaper Magazine
You have Vista non Ultimate edition or XP and want a animated desktop

Not install need only unzip the file and double click under the AnimatedDesktop.exe file
This Little soft allow you to put the ScreenSaver of your choice as a wallpaper animated
You can make it run at startup
As a remind there are here many screensavers really fun
I test it all the day, and scan the file with AVG and AD-AWARE no mater found.
here my setup:
WinXP pro sp2
768mo RAM
Pentium 4 2.53Ghz
Graphic Card ATI RADEON 9200
