Have you had Windowblinds installed before this? The trial has a 60 day limit and begins when first installed, it does not reset if the program is uninstalled and then later reinstalled.

That's a good question, because I must be blind or something but I can't find where it says it either, I just know it has a 60 day trial. When it loads up it should popup a splash screen that says how many days are left on the trial.

There is no "free" version. It's a 60-day trial version which is fully functional except for a few features, to give you an idea of what the program will do. If you can't get it to work, it's either a faulty download, a faulty installation or you got it from someone who's already used up the 60 days. The decision whether to purchase or not is yours to make.

if it was trial then why the official site say it was free version?
this can make people confuse.....
and i download from download.com and it was ok but just somehow it can't change my skin...

It's a free trial with an expiration date, not a free version.
