Windows Explorer = CRASH

Object Dock and Windows Explorer clearly don't play well together. Whenever I click an object that tries to launch Explorer (Windows Explorer, not Internet Explorer), the system freezes for about 5 minutes. Can't even ctrl-alt-delete out of it. Eventually, the system either restores or crashes. And if it doesn't crash, any attempt to launch Explorer from anywhere (even not an object) does the same thing. Have to reboot to get back to normal.

Anyone else experiencing this?

Thanks.

I've never had that happen...what version of OD are you using?

Nor I, it sounds like you have a bug in your system. Run you Adware and Sypware and even cCleaner.

try the options under trouble shooting one at a time, see if there's any effect

I would also suggest clearing the cache...

here is the quick version of the clear cache

Go to start > run and then copy this into the command line:

%userprofile%\local settings\application data\stardock

It will open a file folder. Delete the ObjectDock one. Be sure to save before doing all of this.

Thanks Seabass (Stardock) for suppling this fix
