What is going on

I buy the game and it will not let me register the game. It says some firewall is getting in the way of me logging in. That is not true I do not have one.

Not running an anti-virus program either?
You could have some malware or virus that is getting in the way.

I very much doupt that I have no connection issues at all. I know that is not it.

How long have you waited for them to respond? Most companies have quite a backlog, and it may take as short as 24hrs, sometimes as long as 48. Give them time, I am sure they will get to you.

Bear in mind it was a holiday weekend. Everyone is back at the office now so support should be able to address your ticket.

Do make sure you got an automated response to your mail issuing a ticket number; if you didn't, check your spam filtering or bulk folder.
