delay bug

there seems to be a new "delay" i've noticed in the 1.6b3, i have not downlaodef 1.6b4 because of graphic issues others where having...this "delay" seems to occur after i select a ship i have to wait almost 10sec before i'm able to deliver orders, also i went from the last 1.59 update straight to b3, there WAS supposed to be an improvement in frame rates but i've actually seen my frame rates get worse...i would have never downloaded the beta if 1.59 wasn't so crash prone now that problem seems to be fixed.

If you are going to run the beta patches, it's really best that you run the very latest one so the devs can find and address the issues in that latest version. If you are having performance issues, please post your debug.err and give details about the sort of galaxy you were playing.
