A problem ofcourse

Ok, so I've used this software before but this time when I tried installing it into my computer after re booting my hard drive, it just doesn't work. I uninstalled it again then re installed it but it still doesn't work. I can only get as far as choosing what skin I want. After I hit apply this skin, it just sits there and it tells me to please wait for loading. It also changes back to the windows classic look.

I run Xp Home edition, and alot of my hardware is after market so something is up with the software.
