Problems with Roxio Creator Plus - Dell Edition

I am using WindowBlinds 5 5.50.023. When I run Roxio it will not load. A small retangle appears on the desktop and nothing else happens. When I unload WindowBlinds Roix will run correctly. Any Ideas on how I should fix the problem?

You could add Roxio to your per-application settings not to be skinned.
