technical difficulties with logon studio

Hi

I have been using logon studio for a long time now working well but today when i changed my logon screen and pressed spply it says "value creation failed at line 18" what does this mean please help me asap

is the bitmap really a bitmap or another graphic just renamed to .bmp? renaming doesn't work

in line 18 of the uifile text there is a problem...open in notepad and adjust whatever is messing up.

once notepad is open
format > make sure wordwrap is unchecked, then
view > status bar = that will show you where your cursor is in relation to line and column

I think that logon was rejected from the gallery here because it didn't work.

how do i unreject it

all my other logons dosen't work they all display an error similar to this error

if it's all the logons, then maybe you need to reinstall LogonStudio.

do the one's that come with LS work?

if the one's getting the message have been modified (by you), did you use .bmp? renaming a .jpg doesn't work, the graphic has to be opened in a graphics program and saved as a .bmp

You are using XP aren't you? What language?

A line 18 error is usually from using a language pack, such as Chinese, that isn't supported by Logon Studio. Key words in the theme.ini aren't recognized as valid and will create the error.
