Math Error

During my initial "securing the planets" phase I stretched myself quite thin and started to adjust the "Financial Manager" where I found mathematical errors (I have pictures).

Income:
Taxes: 132
Tourism: 12
Total: 144

Expenses:
Military: 3
Social: 20
Research: 31
Colony Mng: 51
Leases: 44
Bonus Prod: 12
Starbase Maint: 10
Total: 176 <= WRONG 3+20+31+51+44+12+10 = 171

Now Combining the Income and Profit, the screen says I get -32bc but it should be -27bc, I'm getting ripped off 5bc per round. I wonder if this number increases exponentially or not.

The panel with numbers you presented was never very accurate. In your case I'd say it's you're charged for a half of bonus production. In your case that would be 6 BC + some display rounding error, and we're at missing 5 BC.

Ive read somewhere that there is a ship maintenance fee that doesnt show up on your economy chart. Thats probably it.
