Adobe Lightroom is a program to store/manipulate (raw) images from camera's. Inserting a flash card / camera / ppc triggers the application to copy all images from the device and store them on the harddisk.
apdproxy.exe - Uninstall Techniques
No possible without uninstalling Adobe Photo Downloader. However, not trgigering the app by setting 'Do Nothing' on tab 'File Management', item 'When a memory card is detected' will disable the program.
