Is it possible to paste from Object Dock?

Hello, I have a registered version of ObjectDock (v1.3.0.526). Is it possible to setup an icon so that when I click on it, it pastes contents of a certain file into the active window?

Maybe one big problem - At the moment you click on the icon ObjectDock is the active window.

I actually wrong a small application which takes filename and a partial window name as parameters. It then activates the window that matches parameter and pastes the contents of the file into the active application. If someone needs it, reply to this message and I'll post the program.
