Can I create .dreams without Vista?

because I only have XP

Ever since DreamScene was released, I've been itching to make some sweet animated walls, but I don't have Vista...yet. I was wondering if you have to have DreamScene on Vista, to package and release them? And if so, maybe a little help with someone with Vista to help me package some animations? That would be helpful. Thanks.
