Weather Feeds "Not Available"

Weather Feeds "Not Available"

Is it just me?

Team-

I'm using StarDock 1.90 v.534- free version. I have two weather docklets, but for a couple of days now they have been unable to recieve feeds from Accuweather...is anyone else experiencing this, or know what the problem is? When you hover over the docklet it simply says: "Feed not available, try again later..."

Thanks in advance...
Smohrman.

Tried just typing Adelaide and nothing. Done every combination you could think of. The closest I can get for any weather reading is salt creek in South Australia by typing sa,australia

Oh . . i just saw that you are using the free version.  Sorry. (:(

There is a known bug with the weather code in the free version that has been resolved in the Plus beta.
Once the beta goes gold the free version should get an update to resolve this problem.

So you can 1) wait, 2) find the closest place with weather, or 3) upgrade to what I think is a better product.

Let us know what you decide.

Hello Zubaz,

I Just bought the plus version and was directed to the download last Saturday night so I presume it is the latest one.

Did you have the free version installed?  Did you uninstall it?  you need to.
I enter in Melbourne and get a list of lots of locations . . choosing the Australia one (Victoria) works well.

Uninstall everything OD and OD+ if you had it, reboot, install OD+, enter in Melbourne (not Mlebourne like I did the first time) and you should be fine.

If not . . time to email support@stadock.com
