Is there a DesktopX Guide?

Greetings.

I came across DesktopX while looking for new windows themes and it impressed me very much. I am curious though, that im playing around with so of the shareware DesktopX Themes but im a little lost on how to add my own items.

Several of the themes have sub-menus, and while I can edit there listings, I cannot add my own.

Example:

How do I add Icons/Text into the pulldown menu shown?

To create your own items you would need to use DesktopX Builder, which is included in both the Standard and Professional versions of DesktopX.

For what it costs, it's actually a very small price considering the development environment you're given.

The nice thing about DesktopX is many tasks can be accomplished without writing a single line of code. All you would need to do to add your own icons would be to create a new object, set the pulldown menu as its parent, and then load your image in. All of which can be done through the interface.

if right clicking on an item you wish to change does not give you an option to change (or add, etc) then you have to be in builder mode (as mentioned above)

there are various objects and widgets that allow adding or changing targets and such in desktop mode, but for full changeability you can't do it unless you're in builder mode.
