Help - Always on top including icons

Hi i was trying to keep my tabbed dock to always be seen. I know that my other dock without tabs would always be seen on the desktop. My tabbed dock only the tabs will be seen and the icons disappear. Can this be done?

Yes eCentric, found under Object Dock tab settings.....positioning... uncheck show as a drawer if you want to permanently see the icons.
