Windowblinds skins not instaing on system when applyed

plz help

from Stardock Forums
just got window blinds 5.5 , I heard so many good things about it so I finally went out a ordered it and got it running on xp Pro SP2 with all the updates for XP ,
whenever i select a skin any skin it says it loads it but its still the same windows classic style with the same desktop pic as before anyone have any ideas what could be wrong or how to fix , I alreadly reinstalled and even did a clean install of it same problem tho , if anyone could help I would be really thankful

Heres the specs from it -

was this a stand a lone version - doens't match what I show for 92 x86 via Stardock Central

try updating to 94 x86

if it's a stand a lone I believe you can get a new link by entering your email at the Support Page

else download Stardock Central, register your serial and check for updates

I know old post but I get this too, I just brought WB and I still see old xp theme when I try to activate, I unload it then reload then it works, do i have to do that everytime?

And whats instructions for a full uninstall? I might have old cracked version still left on system before paying it

uninstall it, reboot, delete the folders left behind, run a reg cleaner

Did you ever have the free version installed? If so, you definitely need to remove WB and reinstall via Stardock Central.
