desktop-skin won't work

I've finally found the desktopX Themes from https://www.wincustomize.com/zoom.aspx?skinid=3573&libid=31 (Sorry, I'm new) that I want, but it keeps telling me that the file name is wrong. When I downloaded it, it's called: QsSimpleVistaDX2.desktop

:: sigh :: Anyone know how I can change it to make it or anything that I should do?
