LogonStudio not starting : WinXP Home edition

I installed latest logon studio in my laptop [ Windows XP Home edition ]. I am unable to start Logon studio at all. It just stays put. I dont see the screen where you can choose a diff. skin.

The same version works fine on a XP Pro laptop,
