I'm just now purchasing Windowblinds throught the web site. My question ius do they send me the software or will I ba able to download it today?

You will be able to download it immediatly. There should be a link in the email you get back.

Instead of a direct download I'd suggest usign Stardock Central. It's a download manager, archiver, restorer, IRC client, etc.

YOu can read more about it in the article written by Island Dog.
