how to restore object dock, when it crashes.

every once in a while, when i turn on my computer, object dock would be all messed up and none of my programs and setings will be there. is there a way i can back it up, so if it happens again i can just restore it from the backup?

You need to back up C:/Program Files/Stardock/Object Dock/Themes and C:/Documents & Settings/"username"/Local Settings/Application Data/Stardock/ObjectDockPlus
