I may have found something interesting...
When I add windowblinds using vista standard, it appears transparent.
If I add windowblinds as vista basic, it doesn't appear transparent but I get the scroll down effect in Xp, that is in Vista basic.
It seems as if windowblinds uses the last effect you had up and just modifys windows classic.
IS this correct?
If so, everyone with problems, unload windowblinds and then set up your best windows theme before loading window blinds, and then don't mess with the windows themes...
