Taskbar or System Tray tabbed docks?

It has been a long time since I used a tabbed dock in OD+, but I swear, I should be able to have a tabbed dock that was a taskbar, and one that was a system tray. For the life of me, I can't seem to do it. Is this possible and I am just dumb? Or is this not an option?

Right click on empty space | Tab |Add new Tab | Add taskbar Tab
