HELP ! ! Top Dock

HELP...........I found what I would call a top task bar that when I rolled over the icons with my mouse, the icons increasede in size............I lost the bar and now I cand find in here (wincustom)....where do i look?????

this is in order of last uploaded docks.

Ps in ObjectDock Gallery, near the top of the page in the lavender bar select the dropdown list for ObjectDock, then select dock backgrounds.

this will filter just the docks & make what u looking for easier to find.
