Game Crashes when Continueing Dark Avatar campaign

Just finished the second mission last night. I did not save the game, but when i went to continue the compaign to the third mission it crashes to desktop without any error messages.

Windows XP Professional
AMD 3200 64 bit processor
2 Gigz of Ram
GeForce 7600 GT 256 MB

This is a known issue; it should be fixed when the next patch is released.
