How does WindowBlinds work

Window Blinds is not an easy program to use. I downloaded a WB file to make XP look like Vista and I can't figure out how to install it. Even trying to remove WB is a pain. It's always popping up in the Task Manager so Windows won't allow it to be removed. Thanks.

What version of WB do you have installed, where did you download it from. The only time you should see WB in Task manager is when WB config is open. To remove WB easily use odnt zapper download here

As for using WB, skins should download as a .wba file, double clicking them will self install skin.
