I don't need the Sub either but just want to say Congrats on the win guys, and show my admiration for you guys - doing requested icons (one was requested by me which Po did magnificently) and now sharing the price to others. You guys are sure have class! I have my 9 year sitting next to me and you guys are sure can be good role models in sharing. Keep up the good jobs!

I know how hard it is with kids, I have 3 , the littlest being 8 months old and has an irregular heartbeat for which he needs to see a doctor every 2 months to make sure it isn't getting any worse. I have always wanted a subscription, but money is always tight no matter how hard I try to save,it seems something always goes wrong with something, I have been a member here for awhile and haven't really contributed to the community much, but a subscription would really make my day. What a very generous thing you guys are doing!

I would now like though to put in a " Vote " for ( MaRose ) to
receive your subscription - if you just take a minute and go to
the screenshots section you'll find a little of her work , I have made
friends with several people here at WC in the past few months and if
anyone deserves this prize it would be her . On her good days she does
her best to bring joy to all with her work , thoughts and prayers
for all- Lately she has been down and out and her family is worst off.

She doesn't really say how bad , but it's bad i think ,,, soooo it appears
her only joy left in her remaining time now is to come and leave her
little mark on the WC family by the work she does and the comments she
she leaves behind for others nothing ever bad to say only good ...

I'm sure a years subscription to WC would be just what the doctor
would order for her and it could possibly be a life saver for her.

Like i said check out a couple of recent SS's and read the comments
and you'll see what i mean , after reading them your decision as
what to do will be a tuff one ,,,,,, thanks again Po' .. your a stand up guy !!

Okay, I'm not entirely sure if I'm eligable for this contest or not, but I purchased Object Desktop 2007, and I am not a WinCustomize Subscriber. However, I would like to be. I enjoy PC Modification, skinning, graphic design and just having fun customizing the appearance of Windows. I think your kindness in this situation could, and would, help me to become a great graphic designer/skinner someday. I'm making this sound more like an acceptance speech than a consideration...what I'm trying to say, is that if I recieve the subscription, I will make full use of it. I hope you take the time to consider me this award.

AzDude I did not realize that MaRose did not have a subscription...I agree with everything you said...she is a sweetheart and has made me smile by both posting her ss's and commenting on mine. And it is bad with a couple family members & herself, and yet she only briefly mentioned it and still has the most wonderful attitude.

So my vote includes Bandit, pjdark & MaRose...

I appreciate all the support posted, but there are others posting here who need this chance more than I do...Po said state your case, and there are some great cases stated.
also, I didn't read the rules all that carefully, Rule #1 clearly states that the recipient cannot have a current subscription...mine doesn't run out until Friday. I guess this would technically take me out of the running.

If i have understand well (and you know my english not deserved sometimes ) there are two subscriptions to give here. Po' why not give one to a beginner who could make something for all of us and one to a older (with sub running out) who have made something for all of us and could make more? This is just a think that's all.

I don’t know how you’re going to judge this Po’......but if you were to look at one from an ‘encouragement’ point of view, I would like to nominate a young member BlackDragon17. I really enjoy his work and would love to see more and think a membership would be good recognition and encouragement. ....Just a thought...........

I have been using windowblinds for many years. Long before you had to have a subscription to download apparently. Just recently I went back to my purchased windowblinds, only to find out that I cannot find anything to download.
I am shocked. I am glad the site has updated to where it is now, but I cannot afford a subscription. I was always able to get a skin downloaded before. Now, everywhere I look in the windowblinds gallery, it says I must have a subscription.
Why is windowbinds turned its back on me? I purchased windowblinds, but now I cannot get a skin. This isn't fair to me.
I have been with wincustomize a long time, from it's early beginning. Now my purchase seems to be invalid, my husband let me purchase and now our money spent is worthless.
I need a subscription badly. We who have been with you from the early beginnings, I feel, deserve to have skins that we can download without a subscription. After all,
I did purchase windowblinds.

Sydneysiders, thanks for than link, whether it was ok or not(assuming it was). I'd never seen his work, since i usually make my own logons, but i downloaded some, and they are AMAZING. If he's wanting a sub, i definitely think he should be allowed one. and with Bandit's sub running out, i still think he should get one, since he's been so helpful to me, and to many other people in the rare icon request thread. Just a quick reminder that...

currently i am a a senior high school student. money is tight since it all goes into college funds and saving for a new car (the one I have is on its last leg). I have always wanted a subscription to this sight, just never could afford one. Not saying the price is too high, just that my paycheck is to low.

I would like to retract my case(reply # 59)as there are far more deserving people here than me, I have managed this long without a subscription ( for which I will purchase in the very near future), as for now I would like to say good luck to everybody that has posted a case as to why they should get it ,and say thank you to all the generous people here in this wonderful community for all there hard work and time creating all this stuff.

And there I am . . amazed again.

I secondly would like to substantiate the case made by AzDude! Please refer to his prior comment and make that double, no triple for me!
