Reseting Race and deleting custom ship designs

What file(s) do I need to delete to reset the Race changes and ships I made from the last games? Hate to see another ruler with my name. One Paul G. is enough. Thanks, Paul G.

Deleting this resets the game and all data. To delete only the custom config just remove the .customracexml with your custom races name from the same folder.

Oh and yes it is annoying that the game will use the same custom race info as the one you are using. You also have to delete the custom race info each game too. Stupid but necessary.

To remove the ships just delete the info in the shiptemplates folder, or if playing a MV game the same folder in the MV section.

I am hoping the devs can do something to stop the game using the currently selected custom race info.

Thanks for the info. You're right, it should automatically flush the old settings when starting a new game. Seems so obvious, and yet; it doesn't. Paul G.
