Bug, and issue with latest version

One issue I found: if an AI race surrenders and "wills" its ships to other players, and those ships are upgrading, they can become unusable. I couldn't cancel a 161-turn (!) upgrade taking place on the other side of the galaxy, and I had to scrap the ship.

Also: how do I get 1.50X.072? My version of Stardock Central doesn't find it?!?!

Go to SDC's settings, and click the Refresh XML button in the internet section. that should get it to show up. If it still doesn't appear, go to the View menu and make sure that 'show pre-release versions' is checked.
