WB 5.5 -- font overrides and "task" interface?

I upgraded from WB5 trial to 5.1 paid-for last November, and then to 5.5 last month. But I never noticed until today that somewhere along the line the options in WindowBlinds config had changed to a "Task"-based menu   It might be me being stupid but I can't seem to find many of the options that used to be there for skinning or excluding various parts of the interface, not per application but globally . . . and I can't find font overrides at all. Why the switch? Is there (she asked hopefully) a way to switch between this "task" panel and a "classic" interface as there is in XP? Now there are some skins I can't use because the font colour (white) or the size makes menus unreadable. The Help file is now really out of step because some options are not there at all and many of those that are, are now in a completely different place.

Anyone know when and why the interface changed? I don't like it. . . feels like I have much less control now than in the old versions.  I'm using WB 5.5 build 92 x86.

Interesting, I posed a similar question.

Now "Vista" is here, is it a case of withdrawing code that may affected Vista....the one size fits all, Vista/XP approach.

I think there was an effort to simplify the interface for the new users that Vista will engage.

We'll have to wait for Neil to get the definitive answer I guess

Font overrides: right click on desktop > properties > appearance > advanced.

Agh, Bebi Bulma is right. . . and there are all the missing options! Thanks, Bebi!

I feel very silly now but have been used to setting everything from WB config -- never thought to look in Display Properties. . . My face is red but I'm grinning! Thanks again.

I always did it through the Display Properties, it just seemed easier and quicker that way. I don't quite even remember where it was in the actual WB config, heh.
