Bonus Racial Points

Do computers use them?

(Sorry if this has been mentioned, took a look and never saw anything relating to this)
In Dark Avatar, if a person plays a non-custom race they still get 10 points to use up. I am just curious, but... Do computers automatically use these points, or play without them?

A different question: if you use up a stock race's bonus points, will any AIs who use that race ALSO have the selected abilities, or do the points on the stock races reset?

I think they use the points you give them.
