Apparently, I have no life

I have seen 103 and I guess I have no life. How stupid is that concept? If you watch movies over a period of years, you have no life. I mean I saw star wars and ET when I was in grade school. What constitutes having a life? What if I were spending all my time playing dungeons and dragons instead of watching movies would that mean I have a life?

btw, since you already have no life anyway you really should watch Shawn of the Dead. I loved it.

Not going to list them all, but I had 77.  That honestly surprises me considering how infrequently we watch movies.

One hundred three. I suck. But not as bad as others.

My son loves Nemo, so I think I know every line in that movie.

I'd say anything you get to do that brings you joy (like watching movies, reading) is a LIFE. Not being able to do things you enjoy, that seems like someone would need to get a new life.

Well if you guys think you have no life, then I'm apparently I am not living, my count = 186! And I think I've seen five others I wasn't too sure about!!

I guess I have no life either. I seen 119, which I found surprising since it seems I haven't seen that much in the last 2 years.

There's a lot on the list I still want to see, and I'm talking blockbusters, too. Like I have never seen the Lord of the Rings movies or any Harry Potter movies or the second Pirates of the Caribbean movie or Stars Wars Episode Three or King Kong.

If I see all the movies I still wanna see on your list I should have any less of a life by next year.

If your son loves movies tell him to see Fight Club, the Evil Dead movies, Army of Darkness, and most definitely, Kill Bill Vol.1 & 2.

I'll admit that there are few on this list that I have seen only once. Perhaps I shouldn't admit it, but what the hey... you all already know I have no life. I just held my fourth annual Lord of the Rings Extend-a-thon a few weekends ago. This does not count the many times I've watched them on my own. That same weekend, I watched all four Harry Potter movies on Friday, Saturday was the LotR-e-a-t, and then Sunday I watched Episodes 4,5 & 6 of Star Wars.

I will say this for the list, it is unfair. Some of these movies are old, and I've had 23 years to watch them all. I mean, I have very little life anyway, and I can admit that... but that knowledge is not based off of this list.

If they had had any old movies on that list -- Anything with Cary Grant or some old movie musicals, I would have kicked some serious butt... except perhaps foreverserenity's butt... but I would come close.

Anyone who sits around making lists telling people they don't have a life....needs to get one!

The total of movies I've seen in my lifetime would have to be in the multiple hundreds, too many great ones didn't even make this list!

In my own defense, I did not make this list. Had I made it, I would have added many more dorky and classic movies. (at least it had HP, SW, & LotR) In fact, I think I'll revise the list, and up the number. Then, I'll change the title to, "If you haven't seen at least ## movies on this list, then you need Netflix."

 

I got a whopping total of 50!  too much typing for me,  so just read it and totaled it that way.

Need some musicals on there,  some classics,  some romantic comedies like "YOu've Got Mail", ect.

I think I prefer the older movies,  and a lot of westerns too.  Interesting though to see what I haven't seen!

Are you kidding me? No way Doc, it was fabulous! Of all the King Kong movies I've seen, and I've seen them all, including the original, (and there's only about 3 of them I think) this was the best one to me in that the graphics was soooo good! I loved the story they told and the way they combined the prehistoric creatures into the story. I highly recommend it!

It's sad, but I've seen all of these too! ! Hey, no wonder I'm feeling my age! Seriously, though, I've been a movie buff for as long as I can remember, and even if I don't get to go to the movie theatre to watch them, I have a DVD and VCR and I have a DVR...har har...!

As for King Kong... I was fine with it until the giant monkey is holding the girl in one "hand" and fighting THREE T-Rexes. I would have been fine with two, but three was a bit much for me. That and "It was beauty killed the beast." Not really, usually funny but jerky in this movie Jack Black. It was GREED that killed the beast.



I've seen all of these too. It is quite possible that I actually do lack a life. If you add all of my books with all of my movies, it is amazing that I ever go outside.
