In which scenario will the dread lors show up?

Hi there!
I'm quite new at GC2-DA, but I've been a long time player of GC1.

I've read that in some sandbox scenarios, the Dread lords might make an appearance.
Is it the case in all scenarios? Or do I need to select some in particular?

If you have mega events enabled, the Dread Lords can spawn randomly during any game.

otherwise you can select "Dreadlords on Parade" and guarantee that they'll be a pain in your butt throughout the whole game.
