No Color Changes in WIndowblinds

Ever since the last update to windowblinds and object desktop i now have 2 places to change the colors of the windowblinds skins. however, neither one of them will work. WTF - have you added Vista capabilities and killed off all our WindowsXP abilities. WindowsXp is still faster and I will continue to use it as long as it is. as a wincustomize subscriber and object desktop user i'm beginning to feel cheated. should i renew my subscription next time or should i go back to manipulating windows myself?
