Subscription expiring, archiving of files

Hello all,
So my subscription for OD is expiring soon and right now I am not planning to renew it since I have been switching more to OS X for private use.
Now I only use OD (WB and IP) for the VM.
To the actual question: from what I've understood, I'd need to archive the programmes in Stardock central if I want to be able to re-install the programmes after a format or so. But that would mean I'd need to archive every single programme in OD while I only use WB and IP right now. Is this really the only way?
