You bought GalCiv2: Dread Lords (the original game), not Dark Avatar. That is what the receipt you just posted says, and the very simple reason why you can't download DA.

If this was a mistake as it appears to have been, I'm sure sales would gladly help you sort the situation out if you contact them.

Darn, let me email to sales to see what they can do about this. I had already purchased Dread Lords when it released. Thank you Kyro, your single reply is so much more useful than that Tech support. Apparently they have put you in the wrong position.

Happened to me. I think the problem was when he and I went to the shopping cart our previous purchase was still there and not realizing this we continued the order. Our fault for not looking closer, however who would suspect a game you preordered 18 months before would still be in your cart?

Yep this needs to be deleted. Or perhaps the op can edit the sensitive stuff out?
