Not even working. Please help =/

Well, when I first got WindowBlinds, I tried using the Dogma skin...right after I d/led a different skin off deviantart. Neither skins worked, instead they set my GUI back to a Windows 98-lookin' thing.
Then I downloaded a different skin, off deviantart again, and it worked for a while...
so I kept it.
Now I'm trying to change it again, and at first when I changed to the minimal theme, it set everything to the skin except the taskbar.
Now it's just not working at all.
