5.5: Try it! (Oops, but not if you're on Vista)

The WB 5.5 trial is not out yet which is why you cannot try it on Vista.

Once we have released the 5.5 trial you will be able to trial it on Vista too.

Im not a Object Desktop subscriber, but everytime I enter into the SDC it tells me the password and email address are wrong. I just click "ok", and it lets me do my thing. Which I know my login is correct. I got a install yesterday for a 5.5 update, and I installed it. So I guess this explains why it wont work, cuz it aint out yet. Can someone tell me why, if its not out yet, why am I able to download it then? So then why is it picking me up as a Object Desktop subscriber? I only purchased WindowBlinds. When I try to apply a skin like acrylic, or another skin listed in WindowBlinds, it makes my desktop look like Windows 98. Anyone have an answer for that?

Open the WindowBlinds Configuration screen and click on System Information. Copy/paste that info here.

Wow! no need for the system info I guess. I installed it for the 3rd time, and it acutally installed this time. I believe I was getting the XP update for some reason. Who knows. Anyways, thx.

Just asking in case you had some older files remaining after updating but glad you have it working now.
