Seem to be working fine for me.
Vista Ultimate, KeepSafe 1.10.005

The change log says this:

-This release also has a limited compatibility with Windows Vista (32-bit). Revisions should be stored and retrievable via the RMB flyout menu or the recovery wizard. Diffs and file search are not currently enabled on Vista.
