Yep. I purchased DA with the CD's from Stardock (I like to have something tangible for my money), and I downloaded just fine (same with DL a year ago).

If you are a Michigan resident then you will be charged Michigan sales tax in addition to the stated price. Otherwise, no. But as with any out of state mail-order sales, if your state has a use tax you would be legally responsible for paying any sales taxes due when you file your state income taxes.
