fonts anywhere go to horizotal

WB5 fonts display problem

Jesus! My friend's windows fonts now r all like the fonts with "@". I mean words rotate 90 degrees. anyone knows wots wrong with that?

i suggest playing around with the "Regional and Language Options" in the control panel...one of the options will fix it im sure
