Website crashes IE6.x, causes errors in IE7

I am finding this website crashes IE6 shortly after a page is mostly loaded, 100% of the time.

With IE7, the same elapsed time results in an error message that the page cannot be loaded and the content of the page already loaded goes blank. It then comes back after 'reload' is clicked with no errors.

However, I cannot find a workaround to view this site with IE6 at all.

This did not used to happen with the older versions of your website.

You probably will need to give a little more info to get help with this issue. Since 80-90% of the traffic on the site is via IE the problem is most likely due to something on your end. If the problem was with the site you'd see dozens of threads on the subject. If you give us some additional info on your system we might be able to help you figure it out.

My guess would be a faulty plugin. IE shouldn't be crashing because it loads a site. Likewise, it shouldn't be possible for a site to crash a browser (just as it shouldn't be possible for a program to crash your entire computer). If it is, there's a problem with the controlling system - in this case, the browser or more likely the third-party plugins to it.

Maybe try an updated flash player? I'm guessing some ads on WinCustomize use flash.
