"Product Activation Error"

Hi everybody.
I'm hoping somebody may be able to help - I've just installed ObjectDock on my WindowsXP-MCE system and it's come to the page to enter my e-mail and serial.
I enter the information requested, and click "Activate" - and all I get is a dialog box display that says "Product Activation Error" - any idea what this is and how I can use the program?
