Trouble logging into the site in Firefox

Hi,
I'm writing this whilst in explorer because my Firefox browser won't seem to let me log in. This is the first time in a while that I've tried to use the site, so I went to the Knowledge Base and went through the prescribed feature to solve this problem (deleteing cookies, & temporary internet files) but to no avail.
Any other bright ideas that I can try other than using explorer all the time?
