OD Totaly crashed my system

afret welcome screen windows isn't booting further

Hi,

I was experimenting with object dock today and after I configured the way I like it, I decided to reboot my PC after reboot it took a long time for windows to get past welcome screen and after that windows loaded my wallpaper and thats it. The task bar was gone, the icons were gone! I managed to launch explorer using windows task manager, first I tried seting all options to default, such as show win taskbar, etc. That didn't help. I uninstalled OD and restarted again, that didn't help. I tried F8 >> last known good configuration, that didn't help. I would be very gratefull if someone could help me with this!

P.S I had turned off system restore as I never thought that I would need it. Actually I never did, untill now.

Your best bet to resolve your issue is to contact support@stardock.com explaining exactly how you were "experimenting with object dock".

ObjectDock is a great program and does not "crash" Windows.

Boot into Safe Mode and see if the system loads correctly.

yes when in safe mode system works as it should!

Hankers - well it crashed my windows! Only thing that I was doing was draging icons into objectdocks toolbar (or whatever) and changing pics for them! Wouldn't call that an experimenting!
