Icon Packager Works on Desktop, My Computer

(not much else)

Why is that? If I go to browse for a file from a program, I get the cheesy old Windows folder icons, but on the desktop, I get the cool ones I picked out. Why is that?

what version number?
trial or paid?
do you have all (if not most) of the options checked?

I paid for it. I have all options checked except for cursors and quick launch. V 3.11. I am on XP SP3, but it was like this on SP2 as well. It is just the luck of the draw determining whether or not the icons will be applied when some sort of explore window pops up. It doesn't matter how the window is launched, or by what program, I never know what I'll get. i have no other icon editors/replacements installed.

An automatic update around this time said it was updating me to SP3. I don't have any viruses, according to Hijack this, so... beats me. My computer says SP2.
